SHIPPING
Henry & Eve will process your order by the next business day, Monday - Friday, holidays excluded. Orders are shipped from Richmond, Virginia. Residents of Virginia will pay 6% state sales tax on their purchase.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All domestic orders are sent USPS First Class Mail. A shipment confirmation email will be sent with the tracking number.

RETURN POLICY
Henry & Eve will exchange or refund non-sale items within 10 days of receiving your order. All scarves must be returned in their original signed and numbered envelope, unworn and in original condition with tags attached.

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN
Please email your return request using the CONTACT FORM above within 10 days of receiving your order, stating the reason for your return and we will issue a return authorization number. Please write the RA # on your package and return to:

Once approved, your account will be credited within 5 days of return receipt. You will be sent a confirmation when your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 14 days for the return to appear on your credit card statement. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.

Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of Henry & Eve, or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, Henry & Eve will cover the return shipping charges.
